Smitha Ajesh is the founder of Confidence Psychiatric Clinic and a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in psychiatric care, nursing education and healthcare leadership. In addition to leading the clinic, she currently serves as the program director for a graduate-level psychiatric nursing program and has trained many practitioners. Smitha has received multiple awards for clinical excellence and curriculum development and she is a frequent contributor to community mental health initiatives focused on access and stigma reduction.
